1. Smart Hub: Related Issue Scan
Purpose: Scans parent, child (subtasks), and linked Jira tickets to find Confluence documentation that should also be linked to the current issue. It uses AI relevance scoring to filter candidates.
How to Trigger:
- Open any Jira issue.
- Click the "Sync-O / Smart Hub" glance in the sidebar.
- In the "📂 Related Issues" section, click "Scan Parent/Child/Linked".

What Happens: Sync-o fetches candidates, excludes pages already linked to the current issue (deduplication), and uses AI to score relevance. It only shows candidates with a ≥70% relevance score. You can simply click "Link" to add them.
2. Issue Action: "Complete with Sync-O"
A wizard modal that combines scanning, linking, and transitioning into a single flow. Perfect for developers who want to complete tickets efficiently while ensuring documentation is properly linked.
How to Trigger:
- Click the "⋮" (More actions) button in the top-right of a Jira issue.
- Select "Complete with Sync-O".
The modal will auto-scan related tickets. If candidates are found, you can "Link All & Complete". If no candidates are found, it simply transitions the ticket to Done.
3. Issue Action: "Create Documentation"
Creates a new Confluence page directly from a Jira ticket, pre-filled with ticket info and automatically linked.
How to Trigger:
- Open an Epic, Story, or Feature ticket (with no linked docs).
- Click the "⋮" (More actions) button.
- Select "Create Documentation".
